Galaxy G1 PLUS memiliki sensor kemiringan standar yang dapat mencapai kemiringan hingga 30 derajat tetapi dapat ditingkatkan dengan sensor kemiringan IMU. Hal ini membuat GNSS RTK ini mampu melakukan survei kemiringan hingga 60 derajat. Saat ini fitur IMU pada antena GNSS ini hanya kompatibel dengan software survei GPS South SurvX dan Microsurvey FieldGenius.
